We have been advised by a number of Jumeirah Park owners that parts of Sector O and N in Package 4 have started to receive snagging and handover notices from Nakheel. According to our contacts, they have been told that snagging will take place from the 29th April 2013 with the target handover dates beginning from 27th May 2013. This is great news for everyone who owns a villa in these sectors, as soon they will be able to enjoy living in their new home or begin generating a rental income through leasing the villa to a tenant.
