Back in October 2012 Nakheel launched a series of new 5 Bed Legacy villas for sale and a new type of 4 Bed Legacy villa. This was following the successful launch of Emaar's new development Panorama at The Views and The Address The Blvd in Downtown Dubai. Investors took this as a sign of confidence returning to Dubai's off-plan market and large numbers of people turned up for all the launches.

Nakheel stated that deposits of approximately AED 1 billion were taken for the new phase of Jumeirah Park villas. The sales launch was held at the Nakheel sales centre on the 1st October 2012 with an estimated 100 plus people attending, while some even decided to queue during the night in an attempt to purchase the prime location villas.

The new 4 Bed Legacy villa located in Package 5A of Jumeirah Park will have an internal built up area of 3380 square feet and a total area of 4241 square feet.
