A further launch of the new style 4 Bed Legacy Nova villas in Jumeirah Park took place on Monday afternoon, as Nakheel sold 46 waterfront villas at prices of around AED 6 million per villa. The combined sales were valued at approximately AED 250 million. This takes the total number of new villas sold in the past two days to 396. We understand that the 'waterfront villas' refers to the plots facing the lakes in the Jumeirah Islands community. These will be the prime location homes once Jumeirah Park is completely finished. The completed 4 Bed Legacy villas in the A sector of Package 2A command the highest prices out of all the 4 Beds as buyers are currently prepared to pay over AED 7m for ones with the larger plots.
