Jumeirah Park Playgrounds and Parks

Nakheel recently sent notices to owners in Jumeirah Park regarding the addition of new parks and children playgrounds in the community. They have awarded a contract for installing the new playground equipment, footpaths and fencing at four of the parks in the area. There are also plans to complete other parks which will be welcomed by all Jumeirah Park residents. It is important to have these type of facilities for families, as children enjoy playing in the outdoor Dubai weather for much of the year.

 

The majority of Jumeirah Park villas have fantastic gardens plots for children to play in. However, parks are always a great place for them to meet new friends and for parents to socialise with other parents in the community. With the new Pavilion community centre operating now and the construction going well for upcoming school, Jumeirah Park is certainly looking like it is improving every year for its residents.

 

The smaller 4 Bed Legacy villas in Package 5a and the new 5 Beds in Package 1a are both on course to be handed over by the end of 2015. That leaves the 4 Bed Legacy Nova villa’s in Package 7 which are due for completion in mid-2016. Once these final Jumeirah Park packages have been finished, we will be able to see the end product of what has become one of the most popular villa communities in Dubai.
