As you enter Jumeirah Park from the main entrance on the Sheikh Zayed Road and Jumeirah Lake Towers side you will see that the community landscaping is rapidly progressing. The main road that passes the 5 Bed villas in Package 1 is now lined with tall palm trees and the flower beds are being laid too. Irrigation systems are in place and it is only a matter of time before the community really starts to flourish with beautiful colours from the trees and flowers.

People who have been in Dubai long enough to remember the days when villas in the nearby Meadows and Jumeirah Islands were first handed over will recall a similar scenario playing out there. If the landscaping in Jumeirah Islands is anything to go by, then we can also expect to see plenty of greenery throughout Jumeirah Park too.
