Owners and tenants have been getting creative in their Jumeirah Park villa gardens since handover time. We have visited a number of our client's villas to see their landscaping work in progress and have witnessed some really beautiful garden creations. This is fantastic for the community as it is becoming common to see trees, plants and bushes growing above the garden walls and adding extra colour to the streets.

The gardens for the 5 Bed villas in Package 1 and 4 Bed villas in Package 2 are evolving every day with palm trees sprouting up everywhere. It will not be long before Package 2A is full of colour and plant life too, as these recently handed over 4 Bed villas are renting quickly.
