Package 1A and 5A Handovers Begin in Jumeirah Park

Nakheel launched the new 5 Bed villas in Package 1A and smaller 4 Bed Legacy villas in Package 5A back in October 2012. Demand was very high back then and all of the villas sold out within hours as investors had queued overnight to secure their investment. The market is currently going through a cooling phase, but at the right price and rental value these villas still sell and lease quickly. The location of Jumeirah Park is prime when you consider how easy and quick it is to access major transports links and vibrant commercial areas such as JLT, Media City, Internet City, Tecom and Jafza.

 

A total of 247 five bed villas and 134 four bed legacy villas are being handed over during the next two to three months. Unlike the previous 5 and 4 bed villas that were completed in 2012, these villas do not come with swimming pools and kitchen appliances. However, this allows the owners the option to create a superior swimming pool which will add value to both sales price and the rent. Many people have their own kitchen appliances too or prefer to purchase a brand of their own choice, so this can be seen as a benefit to some people. We expect to see these villas filling up quite quickly over the next few months.

 

The 4 Bed Legacy Nova villas are in the process of being constructed now and should be on target for handover next year in 2016. The Dubai British School will be opening in September 2015, while The Pavilions Community Centre is currently fully occupied. When you put all these factors together the community has really come to life in the past two to three years with many families really enjoying their life in Jumeirah Park.
