Jumeirah Park 5 Bed villas are available in two architectural styles: Legacy and Regional. There are currently 130 Five Bed villas complete in Package 1 of Jumeirah Park, with this figure split equally between 65 Legacy and 65 Regional villas.

In October 2012, Nakheel launched a new phase of off-plan 5 Bed villas on the opposite side of the main Jumeirah Park road. This package will contain 5 Bed Legacy villas only and will consist of 247 villas in total. Therefore, upon final completion of Jumeirah Park in the next few years, the total number of 5 Bed Legacy villas will reach 312 while the 5 Bed Regional villas remain at 65 in total. This is subject to Nakheel launching any future phases of 5 Bed villas.

All the 5 Bed villas in Package 1 are complete with swimming pools in the garden. The new off-plan 5 Bed Legacy villas will not have swimming pools built by the developer, but owners will obviously be allowed permission to install their own unique pools.
