Great news for 3 Bed Small and Large owners in parts of Package 3 and 6 as Nakheel begins to issue snagging and handover letters. In Package 3 it appears to be the villas in Sectors A, B and C who are first on the list, while in Package 6 the villas in B Sector are carrying out snagging inspections. The whole process will probably take a month to complete so villa owners should expect to receive the keys for their villas from mid-April onwards.

It has been a long wait for the owners of Jumeirah Park villas, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and people will soon get to enjoy and experience life in new parts of the community. The landscaping is progressing well at the main entrance on the JLT side of Jumeirah Park, as huge palm trees are appearing every day along the main road and the excess sand is being removed to make way for the greenery and flower beds.

Our last news article discussed the rental prices for 5 and 4 Bed villas, so no the attention will begin to turn to the 3 Beds. We expect 3 Bed Large villas to come on the market priced around AED 200 - 220k, while the 3 Bed Small villas will probably be advertised in the range of AED 180 - 210k per annum. The factors we mentioned in 'A guide to the current rent rates in Jumeirah Park' will also apply to the 3 Bed villas, so we will see the market price develop over the coming months.
