Good news for Jumeirah Park owners in Sector E of Package 6 and parts of Package 4A, as Nakheel began sending out snagging and handover notices earlier in July. Owners for these villas can expect to take possession from the second half of August through to September. Jumeirah Park 3 Bed Large villas are perfect for couples and families with an internal built-up area of 3527 sq ft and plot sizes typically in the range of 5500 to 8500 sq ft.

 

This handover period comes at a good time for owners who wish to lease their Jumeirah Park villas to tenants in the prime months of September and October. Many families will be keen to move into a brand new villa as the new school year begins in Dubai. Villas in the 5 Bed and 4 Bed packages have continued to fill up with new residents during the first half of 2013, as people have taken advantage of competitive rental values.
