Handovers begin for 3 Bed villas in Jumeirah Park

Owners of 3 Bed Small villas in some parts of Package 3 and 5 will start receiving the keys to their villas in the coming days and weeks. The same will apply to owners of 3 Bed Large villas in certain parts of Package 6 too. The snagging process has been happening for the past month, as Jumeirah Park owners had the opportunity to inspect their villas and point out any faults that needed to be fixed by Nakheel.

We have noticed a recent increase in the number of enquiries for 3 Bed villas in Jumeirah Park as both investors and end-users look to secure villas in this increasingly popular community. The rise in demand has pushed prices up, meaning the best location 3 Bed Small villas are now asking around the AED 3.5m+ level and 3 Bed Large villa owners are asking for AED 4m+. It appears that the less desirable locations are priced around AED 300k - 500k less than the prime location 3 Bed villas. It will be interesting to see whether this trend continues in the future.
