Demand is clearly still there for Jumeirah Park villas as Nakheel launched a new style of 4 Bed Legacy Nova villa in Package 7 of Jumeirah Park. Their initial plan was to sell 224 villas but due to overwhelming demand an additional 126 villas were released to the market; meaning a total of 350 villas valued at approximately USD $381 million were sold within 24 hours.

The 4 Bed Legacy Nova villa has a built up area of 4154 sq ft, with terraces sized at 739 sq ft. A unique feature for these new style of 4 Bed villas is the roof terrace on top of the villa which is 1412 sq ft and the terrace area above the double garage at the front of the villa. The layout for these villas has been well received by the public, while the large windows and roof terraces are an attractive new feature. The location is Package 7 which is closest to Meadows and Springs.​
 

At the time of writing these villas are appearing back on the resell market with premiums of 4 - 6% as speculators look to make quick profit​ in a buoyant Dubai real estate market.
