Following the recent launch of the new Jumeirah Park 4 Bed Legacy Nova villas in early June 2013, Nakheel has floated a tender for the construction of these 190 brand new villas. The winning contractor will be responsible for constructing the villas and all associated infrastructure works too; plus MEP work, fences an ancillary works. Contractors have until the 13th August for tender submissions.

 

4 Bed Legacy Nova villas have a BUA of 4154 sq ft with Terraces of 739 sq ft, giving a Total Area of 4893 sq ft. An additional feature for these villas is the Roof Area of 1412 sq ft.

The four bedrooms are all located on the first floor, while the ground floor consists of an open living and dining area, modern kitchen and maid's room.
