On Monday 17th June, Nakheel brought a new approach for marketing Jumeirah Park villas to the general public. A number of 3 Bed Large and residential plots were available through an auction process at the Nakheel sales centre. In order to access the auction, interested buyers had to pay an AED 5000 entrance fee to Nakheel. The winning bidder for each villa or plot then had to pay a non-refundable 10% deposit for their property.

 

There is strong demand for Jumeirah Park 3 Bed Large villas at the moment, as the average asking price on a per square foot basis for these villas is currently lower than the average asking price for 5 Bed and 4 Bed villas.

 

Asking prices for Jumeirah Park villas have risen sharply in the past few months due to the continuing demand from end-users and investors.
